Pre & Post Care Instructions

1. Avoid Blood Thinners

4. Avoid Excessive Heat

  • Refrain from using hot tubs, saunas, or sunbathing for at least 24-48 hours after your treatment. Excessive heat can cause swelling or bruising.

5. Avoid Touching or Massaging Your Face

  • Avoid facial treatments such as facials, laser treatments, and massages for 2 weeks after treatment.

6. Ice the Area (If Needed)

  • If you experience swelling or bruising, you can apply ice wrapped in a cloth to the treated area for 10-15 minutes at a time to reduce inflammation.

7. Expect Mild Bruising or Swelling

  • Swelling and bruising can occur and typically subside within a few days to a week. These are normal side effects that usually resolve quickly.

8. Stay Hydrated & Use Sunscreen

  • Drink plenty of water and use SPF on any treated areas that are exposed to the sun. Sunscreen will help protect your skin and ensure optimal results.
